Learn to dive - New Ocean diver course starts in 2009 - entry level qualification that is recognised the world over. Course is 12 weeks of lectures and training sessions in the pool plus a number of training dives in the open water. Initial joining fee £250 for first years training and introduction literature, then approx £200 per year by direct debit for further years. Membership includes training, BSAC insurance, Manuals, High street diving magazine use of swimming pool, use of club boats. etc.
If you hold a diving qualification from another agency, please contact our training office for more information about joining the club. NORAD welcomes all divers from all agencies and will work with you to crossover to a BSAC qualification (not as hard a thing to do as you might think).
